Our clear FDA flexible sleeves are manufactured from thin TPU film, customisable in diameter, length, and wall thickness (ranging from 0.1mm to 1.5mm). We offer options for conical, offset, and branch pieces tailored to your unique requirements. To address damaged mating spigots, we provide foam or rubber-encapsulated hems for enhanced sealing and vacuum support rings to prevent collapse under negative pressures, ensuring uninterrupted flow.
Utilising the same PU films, we manufacture a diverse range of flexible connectors, including flanged ends, square-to-round transition pieces, and conical flanged chutes, all customised to your specifications. In addition to clear polyurethane fabrications, we stock heavier wall options such as 1.5mm blue and black polyurethane and 1.5mm nylon-reinforced black polyurethane.
