Our UK facility proudly manufactures polyurethane FDA & ATEX bellows tailored to your specifications. Our expertise extends to crafting bespoke designs, including transparent thermoplastic polyurethane film (TPU) flexible bellows. These clear PU bellows are FDA-approved and can be ATEX-rated for hazardous explosive environments, offering safety and versatility. With excellent abrasion properties and transparency, they allow for visual monitoring of product flow.
Each PU bellow is customisable in terms of diameter and length to meet specific application needs. Our standard design features a single central convolution for axial compression, with the option to add additional convolutions for increased movement requirements. We can incorporate more convolutions for applications with higher vibration or sieve demands to accommodate axial and lateral movement.
Beyond standard designs, we offer variations, including bellows with flanges, conical reducers, or internal PU flow sleeves, optimising product guidance and minimising build-up issues. However, our standard polyurethane flexibles may be a more suitable choice for applications where movement or misalignment isn’t a concern.
